Saphirra Lee Yoga, est. 2009, is traditional Hatha Yoga, with a friendly tribe.  It is suitable for beginners through to intermediate. In all classes, you are encouraged to stretch to your own ability, with the option to challenge yourself to feel complete.

Classes are 1 hour duration. You will learn breathing exercises, with an emphasis on coming back to the breath which will help you de-stress and relax. Every session ends with relaxation/meditation.

Saphirra runs occasional weekend workshops, giving you the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of both philosophy and practice of traditional yoga. Loads of fun!

Saphirra Lee Yoga will "Nourish your mind, body and soul." You will improve your strength, flexability, balance, and so much more. Classes will leave you feeling light and joyful.
