Class Times During School Terms

Tuesday 5.45pm to 6.45pm

​

Thursday 9.30am to 10.30am

What You Will Need to Bring and Do

 

* Call to book your first session

* Bring your own yoga mat or buy one on the day for $15

* Bring a throw rug or big towel for relaxation

* Bring a Block if you have one (no stress if you don't)

* Bring a standard bath towel to fold and roll up

* Don't eat 1-2 hrs before class. If hungry have a piece of fruit and yoghurt

* Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing. Tshirts and Leggins are ideal

* Avoid perfume

* Arrive 15min before class begins

* Let Go and Have Fun!!!
